"The recruiting process has changed to ton over the years. Scott did a great job getting my son and I up to date on the process. He pointed out numerous items and ideas that we were completely unaware of.  His attention to detail and knowledge in regard to the academic side of the process was far beyond any other service we had spoken with.  Thanks again for all of your help."

ABOUT US

Scott Laigo talks to a crowd of student-athletes.

Our mission is to provide student athletes with an academic game plan, navigation assistance through the recruiting process, and a clear academic vision to help them become recruitable student-athletes.

Scott Laigo, a native of Seattle, Washington, founded SAA.  He has been serving youth professionally since 1995 and acting as President of SAA since 2008.  He earned his degree from the University of Washington and currently serves on the City of Seattle Sports Advisory Council.

Before entering into the private sector, Scott has coached football at both the collegiate and high school level, and reamins heavily involved in prep sports in the Pacific Northwest; contributing ot the Seattle Times, Northwest Prep Report, and Washington State Coach's Association regarding the upcoming changes surrounding NCAA eligibility requirements.

Work is done continuously to help educate parents, student-athletes, and school counselors about the new NCAA changes.  About half of the amount of students who would qualify to play in the NCAA in any sport would NOT qualify with the current academic changes about to take place.  SAA is passionate about getting as many students into college while providing opportunity for athletic scholarships to help pay for the vastly increasing cost of higher education.

SAA works with all student-athletes, regardless of sport or socioeconomic status.  We look to help provide the support of character, support of academics, and athletic growth to help young men and women be the best they can be.
